My Virtual Life Coach ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This site is primarily an educational content site, and we aim to collect as little personal data as possible. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Interactive tools. Tools like the HRV interpreter run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to us or stored on a server.
• Newsletter. If you choose to subscribe, we collect your email address to send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Email delivery may be handled by a third-party provider.
• Analytics. We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand which pages are useful. This does not identify you personally.
• Server logs. Like most websites, our host (Cloudflare) may process basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to serve and secure the site.

Cookies and advertising

We do not currently use advertising cookies. If we introduce advertising in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Outbound links

We link to books on Amazon and to other websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we're not responsible for their content or practices.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can browse the site and use the tools without providing any personal information. To ask what data we hold or to request deletion, email [email protected].

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
