How to use it

Seven small resets, one honest week.

Read one day each morning or evening. Write for ten minutes. Choose one action small enough to do in real life. If a day feels too intense, repeat the previous day instead of forcing momentum.

Day 1

Name the season

Write the plainest sentence about the chapter you are in. Do not make it poetic until it is true.

Prompt: What am I calling confusion that might actually be grief, fear, boredom, relief, or readiness?
Day 2

Find the energy leak

Look for the obligation, habit, conversation, or object that keeps taking more from you than it gives back.

Prompt: What keeps costing me energy after I already know the truth about it?
Day 3

Clear one small thing

Choose one drawer, one subscription, one unanswered message, one stale commitment, or one decision you can simplify today.

Prompt: What would make my life one percent easier before bedtime?
Day 4

Choose a boundary

Name what you can do, what you cannot do, and what you will do next if the old pattern continues.

Prompt: Where do I keep using over-explaining as a substitute for a limit?
Day 5

Rebuild one promise

Pick one promise so small you can keep it even on a low-energy day. Then let follow-through count.

Prompt: What small promise would help me believe my own word again?
Day 6

Ask for one honest support

Choose a practical request: help, quiet, time, clarity, accountability, or a conversation that stops living only in your head.

Prompt: What support am I allowed to ask for before I become resentful?
Day 7

Design the next week

Keep the one practice that made the most difference. Let the rest stay light until it proves useful.

Prompt: What belongs in the next seven days, and what can wait without punishment?
